Six Types Of Chicken Kebabs
Ingredients:
Chicken – 1 kg Boneless
Ginger Garlic – 1 tb spn
Garam masala – 2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Kasoori Methi – 1 tsp
Chat masala – 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Onions – ½ cup
Tomatoes – ½ cup
Bell pepper – ½ cup
Cream cheese – ¼ tsp
Hung yogurt – ½ cup
Lemon – 1
Ginger garlic powder – 1 tsp
Rock salt – 1 tsp
Herbs – 1 tsp
Citric acid – 1 tsp
Chilly flakes – 1 tsp
Honey – 1 tsp
Maida – 1 tb spn
Oil – As Required
Salt – To Taste
Method:
Firstly divide chicken into two portions. In the first one add ginger garlic paste,garam masala,cumin powder,kasoori methi,chat masala,salt and hung yogurt,mix it well and keep aside.
Divide it into three equal parts
For the first one add kashmiri chilli powder,oil and mix it well & put it on skewers gently.
For the second add chilli powder,pepper powder,onions,tomatoes,bell peppers and put them on the skewers alternatively as shown in the video.
For third add cream cheese pepper powder and put them on the skewers.
In the second divided portion add salt,chilli powder,pepper powder,cumin powder,garam masala,coriander powder,chat masala,squeeze some lemon and add chicken and ginger garlic paste then mix it well and keep aside.
Divide this into three equal parts.
For the first batch add green paste,some oil to the chicken and put them on skewers.
For the second add ginger garlic powder,rock salt,mixed herbs,citric acid,chilli flakes,honey and load them on skewers.
For the third add garlic and maida,little oil to it and mix it well,load them on skewers.
Put all the skewers and cook them on a low flame till they are nicely cooked.
