Grandma Angamma is back, and this time she is preparing a green chicken. The recipe is simple, they ingredients are less but the taste is extraordinary.
There are no chili powders nor masalas used in this green chicken recipe. Just green chilies, corriander leaf, mint leaf, a slice of lemon and if you want you can add curd.
Make sure the chicken pieces are big in size. Marinate and keep chicken for 2 hours. Afterwhich you can start to prepare.
