Ingredients & Costing:
Classic
1 1/2 kilo Beef Sirloin – 450 pesos
1 cup soysauce – 3 pesos
1 cup lemon lime soda – 5pesos
1/3 cup calamansi – 13 pesos
1 tbsp salt – 1 peso
1 tsp pepper 30 centavos
1 tbsp sugar 1peso
1 head garlic 5 pesos
1/8 cup oyster sauce 6.5 pesos
(divide the mixture into 3)

Chili Garlic
1/3 of the mixture ?
1 head Garlic – 5 pesos
1 tsp garlic powder – 1.5 pesos
1 stick chili powder 4 pesos
1/4 tsp pepper – 10 centavos

Sweet and Spicy
1/3 of the mixture ?
5 pcs siling labuyo – 3 pesos
1/3 cup brown sugar – 4pesos
1 stick chili powder – 4 pesos
1/4 tsp pepper – 10 centavos
1/4 tsp cayenne powder – 30 centavos

6×12 Plastic 4.5 pesos (9pcs)

Puhunan: 513 Pesos for 1.5 kg Beef + ingredients
Puhunan /pack: 57 Pesos for 240 grams
Bentahan: 130 to 170 Pesos per pack
