This quick beef stroganoff recipe with gluten free soy sauce is very easy and quick to make. Very presentable for gatherings, the easiness of this recipe is unexpected. Great for dinner

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 medium onion julienne cut
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon butter
1 pound (454g) thinly sliced beef eye round steak julienne cut
Season with salt and pepper
1 cup hot water
4 tablespoons ketchup
4 tablespoons gluten free soy sauce
4 cloves garlic julienne cut
1 can 225ml media crema
Recipe:
-Heat the canola oil on high
-Add the onion season with salt and pepper and sauté until yellow
-Add the mushrooms season with salt and pepper and cook until tender
-Heat the pan add the butter to melt and immediately add the beef
-Season with salt and pepper and cook until brown
-Add the onion and mushrooms to the beef cover and simmer on low heat
-Meanwhile prepare the sauce
-Mix the hot water with ketchup, soy sauce, and garlic
-Add to the sauce to the beef mixture cover and simmer for 90 minutes or until tender
Add the media crema stir until all boils once
-serve with white rice
