Kung pao chicken is a Chinese cuisine. As we all knew that Chinese cuisine is very known all over the world especially in asian countries, they love to eat Chinese food
Because very delicious they like sweet foods with soy sauce.
Ingredients.
1. Chicken cubes breast or thigh
2. Balsamic venigar
3. Light soy sauce
4. Dark soy sauce
5.Sesame oil
6. Sugar
7. Corn flour
8. Egg
9. Water
10. Cooking oil and butter
11. Salt and pepper
12. Spring onions
13. Garlic and ginger
14. Dry red chili or fresh thai chilli
15. Peanut
Method..
1. In a kettle put oil and on the fire fried first the peanut into golden brown and set aside. In a bowl mix together soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil mix and set aside.
2. Put salt and pepper in the chicken mix and add egg and corn flour mix properly
3. Deep fried the chicken until golden brown and transfer to strainer.
4. In a frying pan put oil and on the fire and add ginger and garlic saute until brown
5. Add sugar mix until melted and add soy sauce, venigar,
Sesame oil and water and mix.
6. After 5 minutes boiled add
Chicken, peanut, chilli and some of spring onions and mix well
7. Add little amout of corn flour mix
8. Transfer the chicken to a plate garnish the remaining spring onions and serve.
