Ingredients:
Chicken Leg pieces 5
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
Yellow food color 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Red chili flakes 1/2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Ingredients for chicken soak:
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Water as required
Directions:
1. Take leg pieces and place deep cut on them.
2. Then in a bowl of water add garlic paste, vinegar and soak legs pieces in them for 30 minutes.
3. For marination in another bowl add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, black pepper, coriander powder, yellow food color, garam masala, yogurt, red chili flakes, chili powder, chat masala, vinegar and lemon juice. Marinate your chicken leg pieces in it for 3 hours at least.
4. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry chicken leg pieces for 5 minutes on high flame.
5. Take them out and steam them in a steamer for 30 minutes at least. And it’s ready.
6. Serve delicious steam roast with raita, naan and enjoy.
