Here’s the recipe:
THE BLOOD OF THE PRINCE
¾ oz. (22ml) Lime Juice
½ oz. (15ml) Yellow Chartreuse
1 ¼ oz. (37ml) Mezcal
½ oz. (15ml) Aperol
¼ oz. (7ml) Rose Syrup
2 drops Saffron Bitters
Maraschino Cherry Juice
Garnish: Maraschino Cherry
PREPARATION
1. In a shaker with ice, combine lime juice, yellow Chartreuse, Mezcal, Aperol, rose syrup, and Saffron Bitters. Shake well.
2. Strain mix into a martini glass and pour in Maraschino cherry juice.
3. Drop in a Maraschino cherry. Enjoy responsibly!
