I have created 4 smoothie recipes which are highly rich in protein . We love having smoothie recipe ingredients on hand so We love having smoothie recipe ingredients on hand so that whenever the smoothie mood strikes, we’re ready. One of the easiest ways to prep for this ahead of time is to cut up your favorite fruit to use in healthy smoothies and get it in the freezer.
COCOA BANANA PENAUT BUTTER SHOT
Preparation time : 5mins
Servings: 1 glass
Ingredients:
Banana – 2
Cocoa powder- 1tbsp
Vegan Peanut Butter- 1tsp
Sugar – 1tbsp
Rice flakes soaked in milk for 10 mins – 1Tbsp (You can also substitute with rolled oats)
Milk- 2cups ( You can substitute with with any plant based milk )
VANILLA BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
Preparation time : 5mins
Servings: 1 glass
Ingredients:
Banana – 1
Vanilla Extract- 1 tsp
Sugar – 1tsp
Milk – 1 1/2 glass
NUTS DELIGHT
Preparation time: 5mins
