Keto Palak/Spinach Chicken

Ingredients
Butter, 20 gms
Tomato puree, 50 ml
Chilli flakes, 1 teaspoon
Salt, 1 teaspoon
Garam masala, 1 teaspoon
Garlic, chopped, 1 teaspoon
Chicken, 1 kg
Palak/Spinach puree: 500 gms Palak/Spinach, boiled for 5 minutes, blended with 150 ml of water.
Fresh cream, 50 gms
Preparation
In a pan heat butter. Add tomato puree and mix well. Add chilli flakes, salt and garam masala, and mix well. Add garlic, and mix well. Add chicken and mix well. Cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium. Add pureed spinach and mix well. Cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium. Add fresh cream, mix well and bring to a boil.
Serve with Coconut flour roti.
