Chicken Fried Rice – Chinese Chicken Fried Rice Recipe Restaurant Style
INGREDIENTS:
Cooked Basmati Rice – 4 cups, Cabbage – 1/2 cup, Carrot- 1/4 cup, Capsicum – 1/4 cup, Ginger – 1 teaspoon (minced), Garlic – 2 (minced), Spring onion – 1/4 cup,Salt – 3/4 teaspoon, Soya sauce- 1 tablespoon ,
White pepper powder- 1/4 teaspoon, Black pepper powder- 1/2 teaspoon, Sugar -a pinch, Cooked Shredded Chicken – 1/2 cup or 100 grams, Eggs – 2 Oil – 2 tablespoon .
STEP – 1
Heat 2 teaspoon oil in a pan beat the 2 eggs with little salt, scramble it. Set aside.
STEP – 2
Precook Chicken in 1 cup salted water and shred them. Set aside.
METHOD:
1. In a large pan heat required oil (keep the flame at high throughout procedure)
2. Add 1/4 cup carrots , 1/2 cup cabbage,
1/4 cup capsicum, ginger – 1 teaspoon (minced), garlic – 2 (minced), Spring onion – 1/4 cup, and a pinch sugar. Cook few seconds on high flame till vegetables half cooked.
3. Add in 4 cups cooked rice, 2 scrambled eggs, 100 grams shredded chicken along with 1 tablespoon soya sauce, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon white pepper, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder. Cook over high flame . Mix everything for 3 minutes.
