Healthy, easy sandwich can now be made without Toaster / Sandwich Maker,. Try this sandwich made on gas stove and enjoy.
Ingredients
Chicken – 200gms boneless
Bread – 8 slices
Carrot – 1/4 cup chopped
Capsicum – 1/4 cup chopped
Onion-1/2 cup chopped
Ginger garlic paste – 1tbsp
Tomato sauce – 1tbsp
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp veg, for binding (you can use hung curd for a healthier version)
Salt – 1tsp or to taste
Black pepper powder – 1tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Butter – 1 tbsp
Bay leaf-1
