Ingredients
For Chicken Doner: (for 4 serving)
1 big chicken breast (about 400-500gr.) or boneless chicken thigh
1small onion
1 tbsp plain yogurt
a clove of garlic
1/2 tsp each salt, red pepper flakes, paprika, oregano
2-3 tbsp olive oil
freezer bag
For The Lavash Bread:
2 cups lukewarm water
20gr. fresh yeast or 1 tbsp active dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1+1/2 cups wholewheat flour
about 4 cups or more all-purpose or bread flour
rolling pin and oklava (if you can find it)
To garnish
3-4 medium potatoes (fried)
6-8 lettuce
a handful of pickled cucumber
tomatoes
ketchup, mayonnaise (optional)
