⬇️ THE BEST ACAI BOWL RECIPE (2 Servings) ⬇️

1-2 tablespoons plant based milk (I used cashew milk)
2 packets of frozen unsweetened organic acai
⅔ cup frozen organic mango
⅔ cup frozen organic blueberries
1 large ripe frozen banana (or 2 small ones)

Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend pushing down with a tamper until nice and thick. If using a Vitamix Ascent Series A3500 blender (I used the smoothie function button). Or you can start on level 1 and go up to level 4-5 for about 1.5 minutes. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy the delicious taste and incredible health benefits.

Mulberries (or goji berries)
Homemade granola
Fresh banana, blueberries, strawberries, mango, persimmon, pomegranate
Shredded Coconut
Hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds
Nut butter (I love artisana organic nut butters – I used hemp+brazil nut butter here)
