Ingredients:
200 gm Chicken strips (preferably breast pieces)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tbsp red chilly powdee
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp all purpose flour (maida)
1 tsp soya sauce
Salt to taste
1 egg
1 tsp chaat masala
Oil as required
1 tsp garam masala powder
Samosa Patti ( samosa patti which are readily available in market)
Method:
Cut the chicken breast into thinly long strips.
Wash and drain well.
Marinate chicken with soya sauce, red chilli powder & garam masala powder. Mix well & set aside for 30 minutes so that the chicken pieces get properly marinated.
Now cut the samosa patti into long thinly strips . Thinner the strips the better will be the taste…
In a bowl add all purpose flour, lemon juice, egg & chaat masala powder mix it nicely & make a thin batter.
Now dip Chicken pieces one by one in batter & roll out all chicken strips with thinly sliced samosa pattis separately. Kept in fridge to set it.
Heat oil in deep pan & place chicken threads one by one.
Fry the chicken until crisp and golden brown.
After the pieces are deep fried, than remove extra oil by placing them on tissue paper.
Serve with ketchup or barbecue sauce.
