INGREDIENTS:
– 1/4 c sugar
– 1/4 c water
– 3 oz semisweet chocolate
– 2 egg yolk, beaten
– 2 egg whites
-1/8 tsp cream of tartar
– 2 Tbs sugar
– 2/3 cup heavy cream
