INGREDIENTS

*Gelatin-1 1/2 tbsp
*Hot water-1/4+1 1/2 cups
*Milk(lukewarm)-1/2 cup
*Instant coffee powder-2 tbsp
*Eggs-2 nos.(yolks and whites separated)
*Condensed milk-1 can
*vanilla essence-1 tsp
METHOD

*Mix gelatin with 1/4 cup water and keep aside.
*Beat egg yolks and condensed milk until creamy
*MIx milk and coffee powder .
*Add milk mixture to yolks and condensed milk.mix well
*Add in gelatin mixture and 1 1/2 cups hot water.
*Keep coffee mixture stirring on low to medium flame until slightly thick consistency.
*Turn off flame add in vanilla essence.Mix well.Allow mixture to cool.
*Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
*Mix coffee mixture with egg whites.
*Refrigerate the mixture for 3-4 hrs or until set.
*Tadaa……COFFEE SOUFFLE is ready to be served….??
