Ingredients for marination :-

chicken – 850 gm
curd – 1/2 cup
salt- 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1 tsp
pepper powder – 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tsp
garlic paste – 1 tsp
ginger paste – 1 tsp

●STEP – 2

Ingredients for gravy :-

sunflower oil – 4 tbsp
whole garam masala
garlic chopped – 1 tsp
onion chopped – 3 ( medium)
green chilli chopped – 4 – 5
Tomato chopped – 1(big)
salt – 1/2tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
cumin powder – 1tsp
coriander powder – 1 tsp

●STEP – 3

Ingredients for chicken curry gravy :-

sunflower oil – 2 tsp
cumin seed – 1 tsp
garlic chopped – 1 tsp
onion – 2(diced)
capsicum – 1 ( diced)
salt- according to taste
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2tsp
cumin powder – 1/2tsp
coriander powder – 1 tsp
cashew nut paste – 1/2 cup
water – 1/2 cup

garam masala powder – 1 tsp
cream – 3 tbsp
dry fenugreek leaves- 1tbsp
