Ghee – 3 tbsp
Full cream milk – 500 ml
Milk powder – 400 gms
Sugar – 150 gms
Roughly chopped almonds and pistachios – 3 tbsp

Coconut Laddoo:
Desiccated coconut – 300 gms
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Milk – 200 ml
Powdered sugar – 150 gms
Cardamom powder – 1/4th tsp

Kaju Katli:
Cashew nuts – 1 cup
Sugar – 1/3rd cup
Water – 1/3rd cup
Silver wark – 1 sheet (optional)

Instant Kalakand:
Grated paneer – 3 cups
Milk powder – 2 cups
Hot water – 1 cup
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Sugar – ½ cup
Powdered pistachios – 3 tbsp

Mysore Pak:
Besan/Gram Flour – 2 cups
Ghee – 1 cup + 1/4th cup
Sugar – 2 cups
Water – ½ cup + 2 tbsp
