Bodybuilding chicken recipe in Tamil

Since the time I posted my bulking and cutting diet vlog, people have asked me to post the chicken recipe that I use to cook chicken every day. In this video, I share my Indian style bodybuilding chicken recipe. I also talk about the differences in nmy bulking and cutting diet chicken recipe.

Ingredients for my bodybuilding chicken recipe in Tamil:
650gm chicken breast
1.5 spoon ginger garlic paste
1.5 tbsp Turmeric powder
2 tbsp Pepper powder
1tbsp Jeera powder
Salt to taste
1/2 cup mint leaves

Steps:
1. Slow cook the chopped onions and tomatoes.
2. Once it becomes soft add the cleaned chicken
3. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, pepper powder, jeera powder, and salt
4. Give it a good mix
5. Add mint leaves and mix again.
6. Let the chiken cook on low flame.
