1 and half tablespoons of konjac flour / corn starch
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence & butter essence
pinch of salt
4-5 tablespoons of eritritol / xylitol (or any sugar substitute )
4 tablespoons of oatbran
4 tablespoons of dried skimmed milk
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
