It is an ideal delicious, creamy dessert recipe during summer & mango season.
It tastes great when served chilled.
Ingredients:-
Basmati rice 2tbsp
Full fat Milk 750 ml
Condensed milk 1/2 tin / Sugar as per taste
Ripe Mango 2 medium size
Saffron Strands 8 to 10 / Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Raisins 2 tbsp
Cashew chopped 1 tbsp
Sliced Pistachio 2 tbsp
Sliced Almond 2 tbsp
Notes:-
• Use full cream milk to get creamy texture to
Phirni.
• Adjust the amount of Condensed milk / sugar
depending on mango sweetness.
• Rice should be blend to coarsely.
• Serve chilled.
