Healthy palak chicken recipe:
Firstly take chicken, I used 800 gms, then add ginger, garlic and green chilly paste with some salt to it and let it marinate nicely for 30 minutes. Now in a blender add some ginger, garlic, green chillies and blanched palak and blend it in a smooth paste. Now in a pan add some oil or ghee, add hing, bay leaf, jeera. Now add some onions. Let them cook, now add some tomatoes, once they become mushy add in Indian spices. I added turmeric, red chilly powder, Dhaniya jeera powder, salt and some garam masala. Now add some water as we used very less oil. Now add in your marinated chicken and then add in the green paste. Mix everything well. Add 1/2 litres water, cover and cook until chicken is nice and tender. Finally add some crushed kasuri Methi and coriander. And serve! It’s very healthy, nutritious and yummy: P
