【Spicy chicken】
Ingredients:
1 chicken
300g dried chili/200g garlic/200g ginger
Light soy sauce 20ml/ dark soy sauce 10ml/ salt 20g/ bay leaves 2 pieces/ pepper 5g/ rapeseed oil 200ml
step:
1. Wash the chicken and chop into small pieces. Add ginger, light soy sauce, salt, and marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Soak the dried chili in warm water for 30 minutes, remove and chop.
3. Chop ginger and garlic.
4. Pour oil into the pot, add ginger, garlic, and bay leaves successively, and fry for 30 seconds.
5. Add chicken, stir fry for 5 minutes, add chili, pepper, and dark soy sauce.

配料:
雞1只

生抽20ml/老抽10ml/鹽20g/香葉2片/胡椒粉5克/菜籽油200ml
步驟:
1.雞洗淨,剁成小塊。加入生薑、生抽、鹽,醃製20分鐘。
2.乾辣椒加溫水泡30分鐘,撈出剁碎。
3.生薑、大蒜剁碎。
4.鍋中倒入油,先後加入生薑、大蒜、香葉,炒30秒。
5.加入雞肉,翻炒5分鐘,加入辣椒、胡椒粉、老抽。
6.不停翻炒10分鐘,起鍋,加入蔥末。
7.開吃。
