Ingredients:
Chicken
Mushroom
Bell pepper
Ginger
Garlic
Spring onion
Seasonings:
1½ tbsp. Oyster sauce
½ tbsp. Dark soy sauce
1 tbsp. Light soy sauce
1½ tbsp. Cooking wine
I used cornstarch in cleaning or washing the chicken to remove blood and residues.
Preparations in making the sauce for steam chicken, cut the ginger, spring onion, garlic and bell pepper into small cubes, then add the seasoning mix them well.
Heat oil in a wok or pan make sure the the oil is hot enough before pouring in the mixture I used chopstick to check weather the oil is hot enough.
