bengali chicken curry“Murgir Jhol” is quite a common dish in Bengali Sunday lunch menu.This preparation contains light gravy or ‘jhol’ in which chicken and potatoes are immersed.
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken – 300 gms,
Onion – 2 large, finely chopped,
Tomato – 1,
Garlic- 6-7
Whole Cumin -1/2 tsp
Ginger – 1inch
Kashmiri Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp,
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp,
Garam Masala powder – 1 tsp,
Salt to taste,
Mustard Oil – 2 -3 tbsp,
