Ingredients:
-Boneless Chicken 250 gm (Julienne Cut)
-White Pepper ½ Tsp
-Chicken Powder ½ Tsp
-Salt ½ Tsp
-Corn Flour 2 Tbsp
-Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp
-Egg 1
-Capsicum 1 (Julienne Cut)
-Onion 1 (Julienne or Cube Cut)
-Green Chili 4-5
-Ginger Garlic Chopped 2 Tbsp
-Chicken Powder 1 Tsp
-Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp
-Vinegar 1 Tbsp
-Chili Sauce 2 Tbsp
-Brown Sugar 1 Tbsp
-White Pepper 1 Tsp
-Salt ½ Tsp
-Oil 2-3 Tbsp
Directions:
-Take 250 gm boneless chicken (julienne cut) in a bowl & add ½ tsp white pepper, ½ tsp chicken powder, ½ tsp salt , 2 tbsp corn flour , 1 tbsp soy sauce & 1 egg.
-Mix well.
-Marinate for 10 minutes.
-Pour oil for frying in a pan & add marinated chicken in it.
-Fry until it’s color changes.
-Pour 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan & add 2 tbsp chopped ginger garlic in it.
-Saute it.
-Now add 1 capsicum (julienne cut) & 1 onion (julienne or cube cut) in it.
-Saute it.
-Add 1 cup water , 1 tsp chicken powder, 1 tsp white pepper, 2 tbsp soy sauce , 2 tbsp chili sauce & 1/2 tsp salt.
-Mix well.
-Now add 1 tbsp corn flour (solution) for thickness.
-Add 1 tbsp vinegar & 1 tbsp brown sugar.
-Now add fried chicken & then 4-5 green chili.
-Delicious Chili Chicken is ready to serve.
