Recipe for STIR FRY CORNED BEEF
Ingredients:
1 can of corned beef
25 grams garlic
75 grams shallots
1-2 eggs
cut chillies for spicy
Recipe for Corned BEEF POTATOES CROQUETTES
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of stir fry Corned Beef
500 grams potatoes
150 grams breadcrumbs
1 egg
pinch of nutmeg
salt to season
Recipe for CORNED BEEF TOMATOES SOUP
Ingredients:
1 cup Stir fry Corned Beef
1 Litre Chicken Stock or can use plain water and add chicken stock powder / bouillon powder
1-2 Tomatoes
2 tablespoons cornflour/corn starch/ potato starch for thickening soup
1 egg
