Biscoff lasagne Recipe ?

It’s a very simple – easy to make – no bake dessert

All you need to make this drooling lasagne are:

Ingredients

250 Lotus biscoff biscuit
300g + 25-50g Lotus biscoff spread
500g Whipping cream/heavy cream   
24g  Sahnesteif/ cream stabilizer ( optional)
2 tbsp Instant coffee                
1 cup water
1cup raspberry jam/sauce

Method

Step 1: Make whipped biscoff spread
Put heavy cream and Sahnesteif in a whisking bowl and whisk on high speed till cream a just starting to come together ( soft peak).
Check the video for right consistency
Microwave the jar of biscoff spread for about 40s. It should be runny but not hot.
Put 300g of the spread in the whipping bowl and whip again for few more seconds on high speed till it is completely whipped.

Step 2: Make coffee
Put 2tbsp of coffee in a bowl(enough to drench biscuits easily), put boiling water in it, stir and bring it to room temperature.

Step 3: Make the lasagne
Take a deep dish and put a layer of biscoff biscuits dipped in coffee.
Take half for the whipped biscoff spread (made in step 1) spread evenly on biscuit layer.
Then put a cup of raspberry sauce and spread it evenly.
Repeat first 2 layering.

Step 4: Topping
Take melted biscoff spread (room temperature) in a pipping bag and topped it like I showed you in the video.
Fill the edges with crushed biscuits

Step 5: Set it
Put it in refrigerator at least for 4 hrs.
Keep it overnight for best result.

Step 6: Divide it into 8 portions and enjoy ?

NOTES
– Make sure not to over beat the cream coz it curdle very fast
– Raspberry jam( check the recipe – “blueberry sauce” on my channel and use raspberry instead of blueberry) enhanced the taste of lasagne but you can skip this part if you don’t like the taste of it. Totally up to you.
