How to make oven baked herbed chicken. These boneless, skinless chicken breasts come out tender, juicy and full of flavor (this was brined before baking to get the best results, although it is optional). If you’re looking for easy chicken recipes to make for dinner tonight, give this one a try!
Ingredients:
4 Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breasts
Kosher Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
2 TSP Dried Parsley
1 TSP Onion Powder
1 TSP Basil
1 TSP Garlic Powder
1 TSP Dried Thyme
Pinch of Kosher Salt
4 TBSP EVOO
1 TBSP Minced Garlic
Brine :
3/4 Cup Kosher Salt
1 Gallon Warm Water
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 TBSP Black Peppercorns
1 1/2 TSP Allspice Berries
Instructions:
Combine everything in the water and stir until dissolved.
Add chicken to brine and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Drain and pat the chicken dry before cooking.
2 hours for skinless breasts
4 hours for bone-in pieces
4 hours to overnight for whole chickens
