Chicken Masala:
1. Dry Red Chillies {Byadgi} (4 pcs)
2. Coriander Seeds (2 tbsp)
3. Cumin Seeds (1 tbsp)
4. Cloves (5 pcs)
5. Star Anise (1/2 pc)
6. Badi Elaichi {black cardamom}(1 pc)
7. Cinnamon (1 stick)
8. Black Pepper Corn (15 pcs)

Chicken Marination Ingredients:
1. Chicken {with bone} (1 kg)
2. Ginger Garlic Paste (2 tbsp)
3. Freshly Made Masala (3 tbsp)
4. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (1 tbsp)
5. Curd (1/2 cup)
6. Salt to taste
7. Golden Fried Onions (2 onions)

Chicken Gravy:
1. Oil (1 cup)
2. Bay Leaves (2 pcs)
3. Cumin Seeds (1 tbsp)
4. Onions {finely chopped} (3 pcs)
5. Turmeric Powder (1/2 tsp)
6. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (1 tbsp)
7. Tomato Puree (2 tomatoes)
8. Salt to taste
9. Kasuri Methi (1 tbsp)
10.Hot water (1 1/2 cup)
11. Coriander (handful)
12. Ginger {Juliennes} (2 inch pc)
