Plus, I’m sharing one of my favorite new smoothie recipes so you can see all of the foods needed to break a fast in action!

Blueberry Vanilla Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
8-10 oz. coconut milk (homemade if possible! Linked below)
1 Tbsp. Chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened full fat greek yogurt (or unsweetened plant-based yogurt + 1 serving protein powder)
1-2 Tbsp. Coconut butter
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/2 banana
1/4 cup blueberries
2 Brazil nuts

Optional Topping:
2-3 Tbsp. Unsweetened coconut flakes
