【Curry beef rice】
Ingredients: beef 500g/ curry 100g
1 carrot/2 potatoes/half onion
2 green chilis/ onion 100g/ ginger 50g/
Garlic 50g/ rapeseed oil 50ml/ salt 20g/

step:
1. Wash the beef and cut into small cubes.
2. Cut carrots, potatoes, onions, and green peppers into small pieces; chop garlic, ginger, and green onions.
3. Add water to the pot, add beef and two slices of ginger, boil for 2 minutes, pick up the meat and set aside.
4. Add canola oil to the pot, add garlic, ginger, green onion, half of the onion, fry for 1 minute, add beef, and 500Ml of water.
5. After boiling for 10 minutes, add radishes and potatoes, and continue to simmer for 30 minutes.
6. Add salt, curry, onion, green chili, stir fry for 2 minutes to collect the juice.
7. Put the rice on the plate, pour the curry beef on it, and start eating.

【咖哩牛肉飯】
配料:牛肉500g/咖哩100g
胡蘿蔔1根/土豆2個/洋蔥半個
青椒2個/蔥100g/姜50g/
大蒜50g/菜籽油50ml/鹽20g/

步驟:
1.牛肉洗乾淨,切小方塊。
2.胡蘿蔔、土豆、洋蔥、青椒切小塊;大蒜、姜、蔥切碎。
3.鍋中加水,倒入牛肉、兩片薑塊,燒開2分鐘,將肉撈起備用。
4.鍋加入菜籽油,倒入大蒜、姜、蔥,一半洋蔥,炒1分鐘,加入牛肉,加水500Ml。
5.煮10分鐘後,加蘿蔔、土豆,繼續小火燉30分鐘。
6.加入鹽、咖哩、洋蔥、青椒,小火翻炒2分鐘收汁。
7.米飯裝盤裡,將咖哩牛肉澆上,開吃。
