How to make Basundi recipe at home | Milk Pudding :
Ingredients (using 250 ml cup):
Full Cream Milk – 1 litre or 4 cups
Sugar – 4 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Saffron strands – 1/4 tsp
For Grinding
Cashewnuts – 1 tbsp
pistachios – 1/2 tbsp
Almonds/Badam – 1/2 tbsp
Milk – 2 tbsp
For Garnishing:
Thinly sliced Dry fruits (Cashew, Badam, Pista)
