Ingredients:
Boneless beef ½ kg
Yellow capsicum 1piece
Green capsicum 1piece
Kabab or Bamboo stick
Ginger and garlic paste together 1tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Tomato sauce 1tbsp
Black salt 1pinch
vegetable oil 10tbsp
Preparation:
Slice beef medium large and thin. Mix all spice with beef and marinade 15-20 minutes.
Method:
I have taken boneless beef here for ½ kg
Take Medium large and thin pieces
Because when it becomes fried, it will become smaller
If it is too thick then it will take time to cook
For this, we have kept it thin and big pieces
Have taken yellow capsicum
green capsicum
and kabab or bamboo stick
Ginger and garlic paste together 1tbsp
salt 1tsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Tomato sauce 1tbsp
vegetable oil 10tbsp
we are now marinade the beef
add salt
add ginger and garlic paste
add 1/2 tsp black pepper
Mix the spices well with the beef
If you want to do baked, then take 10 minutes in oven
but i will cook in burner by pressure cooker
than ad to beef stick
now boil beef
pour 1tbsp vegetable oil in to the cooker
add marinade beef
add 1slice lemon juice
The meat has been down from the cooker with little harder
now we stick to the beef slick one by one
stick 1 piece capsicum
in this way stick all beef in to the beef stick
add all shashlik in to the saucepan
fry 15miutes
add tbsp tomato sauce
add left 1/2tsp black pepper
add 1pinch black salt
make beef shashlik
now serve the serving plate
