Easy Recipe: How to Bake a Chocolate Cake in 6 Easy Steps
Another perfect “How to” video from BMac Productions!
List of Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup (192 grams) flour
1 cup (201 grams) sugar
1/2 teaspoon (7 grams) salt
1 teaspoon (2 grams) baking soda
3 tablespoons (43 grams) cocoa
1 tablespoon (15 ml) vinegar
6 tablespoons (90 ml) oil
1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla essence or 2 tsp. (2ml) vanilla extract (optional)
1 cup (200 ml) water
2 eggs
Step 1:
Sift the Dry Ingredients
Flour, Sugar, Salt, Baking Soda, & Cocoa
Place everything in a sifter
Shake over a bowl to eliminate the clumps
Step 2:
Add the Liquid Ingredients
Vinegar, Oil, Vanilla, Water & Egg
Two Options:
1. Add them individually to the dry ingredients
2. Stir them together in a second bowl, then add to dry ingredients
Step 3:
Pour the Mixture
Pour mixture into 8-inch round pan
Make sure the pan is greased & floured
The grease & flour will keep the mixture
from sticking to the pan
Step Four:
Baking
Bake at 350 F (177 C) for 30 minutes
Step Five:
Cooling
Take the cake out of the oven
Let it cool for 5 minutes
Step 6:
Frosting
Put as much frosting & icing as
your heart desires
