Oh, y’all thought I was only going to share our healthy meals?? Nope! We are keeping it real, real over here!
So, let me introduce you to what we like to call “Fun Meals”! Fun meals are exactly that. They are meals that are fun to make and even more fun to eat! Yes! Food is delicious, there’s no point in trying to hide that, so let’s embrace it! These are the nights when hubby joins me in the kitchen, and we just have a good time laughing and cooking a tasty and fun meal together, not worrying about the carbs or calories. I started introducing fun meals to our journey to give us a switch up from the “healthy” and keep our cravings at bay. This week we had the absolute most delicious Cajun chicken alfredo pasta, and it was…delicious!

Ingredients:
1tbsp creole seasoning
1tsps black pepper
1tsps seasoned pepper
½ tsps. garlic pepper
½ tsps. garlic powder
1tsps dry parsley
1tsps paprika
½ tsps. red cayenne pepper
½ tsps. 1908 Bagby seasoning
Cajun Alfredo sauce:
minced garlic
Shallots
unsalted butter
Heavy cream
Half and half
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Monterey jack cheese
black pepper
creole seasoning
dry parsley
