500 g chicken mince
2 Tsp Chopped Red Pepper
2 Tsp Chopped Spring Onions
2 Tsp Chopped Onion
1.5 Tsp Chopped Ginger
1.5 Tsp Chopped Garlic
2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
A drizzle of oil
1 Tsp Soya Sauce
1 Tsp Taste Enhancer
1.5 Tsp Oyster Sauce
1.5 Tsp Whisked Egg
Mix the ingredients
Portion out small dumpling shaped balls and stuff with cheese
Once done transfer to chiller
For filo coating shredd the filo sheets into thin strands
Roll each filo sheet and then slice ino thin shredds
Dust the chicken dumplings with corn flour
Dip the dusted dumplings in egg wash
Then trasnfer the egg washed chicken dumpling to the coating.
First Coating is Flax seed Coat.
Second Coat is shredded filo pastry or spring roll sheet
The third coating we can do is Plain moong Dal Namkeen
Make Sure to coat evenly
Fry the dumplings untill crisp for around 4 minutes
Lets fry the filo wrapped chicken first. turn the chicken to enusre even frying
After frying transfer to a paper for excess oil absorption
