Today we are here with a healthy and tasty milkshake/smoothie recipe for your loved one’s as valentine’s day is around the corner.
For this recipe we have used fresh strawberries, flesh of tender coconut (scooped from 2 tender coconuts), milk, sugar and ice cubes
Now, if you are a vegan you can used plant based milk.
If fresh tender coconut flesh is not available you can also use coconut milk.
You can also add in greek yogurt and banana is you wish.
You can make it as a healthy home made recipe for your near and dear one’s!
