Hello guys in today’s video i will be cooking a healthy and simple diet. Salad is very good as it is an important source of daily fiber and improves digestion. This meal will also contain grilled chicken which is increases metabolism and high in protein. I will be using a Uten air fryer which can easily cook healthy low fat food using little oil. I really reccomend this to you all.
