In this video, I’ve shared 2 lip-smacking recipes for Vegan dinner desserts. They are vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar free. So they are very healthy and hearty. Valentine’s day is just around the corner and these desserts are perfect to make for your partner. Your diet restrictions should not stop you from celebrating Valentine’s day with your partner. The first dessert is Vegan Chocolate Pudding
VEGAN DECADENT CHOCOLATE PUDDING
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups(500ml) Almond/Soy/coconut milk
1/4 cup(50g) Dark chocolate
2 tbsp(15g) Cocoa powder
2 tbsp(30g) Cornstarch
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Coconut sugar
The second dessert is Vegan Molten Chocolate Lava cake!
Lava cake screams love and romance. So I decided to make a healthy version of it.
VEGAN MOLTEN CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE(serves 2)
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup Oats flour
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 cup Cocoa powder
A pinch of salt
1/4 cup Date syrup /maple syrup
1/3 cup Almond milk
3-4 chunks of Dark chocolate
