Recipe: Chicken Ghee Roast Mangalorean style-Chicken Dry Roast
Serves: 3-4
Cooking Time:35 mins
Ingredients:
1) 500 gms Chicken (with bones)-washed and cleaned
2) 4-5 tbsp Ghee
3) 1/2 Cup Curd (125 gms)
4) 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
5) 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
6) Salt
7) 1 tbsp Tamarind
8) 1.5 tbsp Jaggery
9) 10-12 Curry Leaves
Ghee Roast Masala: –
10) 8 Byadagi Dry Red Chilies
11) 6 Guntur dry Red Chilies (can be replaced with any spicy Chilies)
12) 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
13) 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
14) 1/2 tsp Cloves (6-8 nos)
15) 1/4th tsp Fenugreek Seeds
16) 1 tsp Whole Peppercorns
17) 1.5 tbsp Whole Coriander Seeds
18) 12-15 Cloves of Garlic
