500g ripe persimmon pulp
50g unsweetened cocoa powder
Hazelnut grains
METHOD
Peel 2 very ripe persimmons.
Cut them and place the pulp in a bowl. Add cocoa and blend.
Pour the mixture into small glasses and refrigerate for two hours. Flip the glass to a plate and garnish with hazelnut grains.
