This video is a step by step process of making carrot halwa. Carrot halwa is a Indian pudding made with fresh carrots , milk , sugar , ghee and nuts . It is made by simmering grated carrots in full fat milk and then sweetend with sugar. It is flavored with cardomom powder and garnished with copped nuts.
