INGREDIENTS –
Vanilla Custard -2 tbsp
Milk -1/4 cup
mix well
Milk -500 ltr .
cook on low flame
Sugar -1/8 cup
let it boil
add custard mix
continuously stir it
cook for 5-6 min.or until it becomes slightly thick forms
turn off the flame
let it cool down
add Chopped fruits
I added chopped apple, banana,kiwi, strawberries or green grapes
keep aside in fridge for about 2 hours
our Tasty Fruit Custard is ready
Serve it with dry fruits or trutti frutti
