How to make a healthy Purple Smoothie Recipe using fresh blackberry / blackberries, banana fruit, 1 to 2 tablespoon of flax seeds for fiber (optional), 1 or 2 tablespoon of agave nectar (or organic honey) as sweetener, milk / milkshake and some ice.
NOTE: If your BLACKBERRY is non-seedless (or have seeds), you might need to mashed the blackberries separately and then strain the liquid with a strainer to remove the seeds because the blender will not necessarily grind the seeds to pieces and it can be bothersome as you are trying to eat or enjoy your smoothie. Another awesome alternative to PURPLE SMOOTHIE is by using BLUEBERRY / BLUEBERRIES instead, they are actually in my opinion so much better tasting PURPLE SHAKE!
