COFFEE PUDDING In 10 TEN MINUTES l COFFEE PUDDING DESSERT RECIPE l EGGLESS COFFEE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
2 Tsp Instant Coffee
3 Tbsp Water
3 Tbsp Cornstarch
3 Tbsp Water
2 cup Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup Sugar
PROCEDURE
1. Dissolve instant coffee in water. Set aside. Dissolve cornstarch in 3 tbsp water and set aside.
2. In a pot or pan pour evaporated milk and stir over medium heat until it boils. Add sugar. Stir until sugar dissolve. Add coffee mixture. Continue stirring. Then pour cornstarch mixture. Stir continuously until it thicken. Turn off the heat and pour pudding mixture into a mold. Let it cool and chill in the ref for 2 hours. Then top with chocolate chips. Cut into squares and serve.
