Chicken Parmesan Pizza Alla Vodka-Style MUKBANG | Quality Italian Copycat Recipe!

Today, I decided to make a chicken crust pizza, but this time, it’s chicken parmesan style AND all vodka style! This differs from my other chicken crust pizzas in that this crust only has ground chicken breast inside! The other has loads of cheese and eggs. Def a truer chicken parm style pizza than the other. Inspo for this dish via Quality Italian in NYC. They do a few different versions of this pie, and I feel like I’m gonna too so hold on tight! haha

I didn’t follow their recipe for ingredients though. I recommend following their method and deep frying if you’re able. Watch video for my notes on that.

Ingredients I used:
chicken crust:
20 oz ground chicken breast (seasoned with salt and pepper)
1 cup flour
6 eggs + 1/4 C water for egg wash
1 cup breadcrumbs (whichever you like, I used plain and seasoned with salt)
vodka sauce:
2 tbsp butter
1-2 tbsp Calabrian chili pepper paste
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup vodka
2.5 cups crushed tomatoes
1/3 cup heavy cream
SALT and pepper
Garlic oil:
1/4 cup EVOO
5 tbsp minced garlic
For assembly:
ball of fresh mozzarella, cut into slices
fresh basil
