1 oz. (30ml) Citrus Amaro
1 oz. (30ml) Aperol
3 oz. (90ml) Champagne
1 oz. (30ml) Soda Water
Garnish: Rosemary Sprig, Orange Peel
PREPARATION
1. Pour soda water into the base of your serving glass and add in champagne, citrus Amaro, and Aperol.
2. Add in some ice to fill the glass.
3. Express an orange peel and garnish with a rosemary sprig wrapped in an orange peel. Enjoy responsibly!om
