ginger paste: 1tsp
garlic paste: 1tsp
green chili paste: 1/2tsp
lemon juice: 2 tbsp
red chili powder: 1tbsp
salt: as per taste
roasted cumin seeds: 1tbsp
dry coriander seeds: 1/2 tbsp
marinade time: 1hr

oil: 1/2 cup
chopped onions: 1 1/2cup
tomato puree: 1 cup
ginger paste: 1tbsp
garlic paste: 1tbsp
green chili paste: 1/2 tbsp.
salt: as per taste
red chili powder: 1tbsp
sugar: 1tsp
thick cream: 60ml
water as required
