Chicken Cheese Balls | Potato Cheesy Snacks | Ramadan Recipes 2021

Ingredients for Chicken Cheese Balls:

Chicken Boiled and shredded 1 & 1/2 cup
2-3 medium size potatoes (boiled and mashed)
50 g sweet corn
50 g cheddar cheese (1/3 cup grated cheese)
2 tsp coriander seeds crushed
1/2 tsp crushed red chili
1/2 cup coriander leaves
1/4 tsp black pepper, crushed
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 & 1/2 tbsp corn flour or corn starch

Ingredients for batter:
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/3 cup water or as needed
